Exchange/Return Policies

Returns
You have 7 days to return an item from the date that you purchase it.
To be eligible for a return here at Chaos and Alibis, the product that you purchased must be unused and in the same condition as when you purchased it.

Note: Bleached shirts only eligible for return if the shirt is damaged or defective outside of the normal distress bleaching causes during processing the product.  Custom items are also exempt from the return policy unless they arrive damaged or defective.  We always provide mockup pictures for your approval prior to creating the product.

There Are Two Ways To Send A Return:

    • Send back the return yourself, using whichever shipping method you prefer (address provided below) -or-
    • Submit a return request via email (chaosandalibis@yahoo.com) and we will e-mail a return shipping label to you (US customers only)
  • When Mailing A Return:
    • Please ensure your items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to us.
    • Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.
    • Send returns to the return address on the package you received.

Refunds
Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we’ve received it and that we are in the process of evaluating if it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item.  If we approve your refund, we will refund it to the original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund in a number of days.

Exchanges
Due to the limited inventory of products, exchanges are not offered.  We encourage you to place a new order for the wanted product.
